About the Release
Keeping with our commitment to the ongoing development and improvement of our meeting room management application, we are releasing V8.5.0.0, which consists of several feature enhancements, change requests and various fixes against V8.x and above.

Envoy Visitor Management Integration
We are excited to announce the release of the Envoy Visitor Management Integration, enabling seamless synchronization between your workspace system and Envoy. This integration simplifies visitor management by automatically adding visitors entered in your workspace system to Envoy, enhancing security, efficiency, and the overall visitor experience.

External Visitors added to your workspace system are automatically synced to Envoy, reducing manual data entry and ensuring consistency across both systems.
2. Real-Time Data Flow
New visitors and updates to existing visitor details are instantly reflected in Envoy, ensuring your reception team always has up-to-date information.
3. Improved Visitor Check-In Experience
With visitor data already populated in Envoy, check-in becomes quicker and more streamlined, providing a smooth and professional first impression.

Additional Improvements
- Improvements made to the UK Date format to include in leading zeros to constitute DD/MM/YYYY format.
- Improvements made to show the added Notes under the Resource Details on the Diary.
- Request Authorization alerts will now be sent even for current slot bookings such that the start time of the booking has passed.
Employee Portal Team App Improvements
- UI improvements made to the Employee portal, enhancing the experience.
O365 Add-in Enhancements
We are excited to announce a major update to our O365 Add-in with the introduction of support for Non-Exchange Rooms, available now in preview.
Previously, our add-in was optimized solely for Exchange Rooms, but with this new feature, you can now easily manage and book Non-Exchange Rooms or even a combination of both (Hybrid) as well.
This enhancement offers significant improvements in flexibility and usability across a variety of environments.

- Streamline bookings from Outlook without the need to toggle between different platforms or systems. All bookings, whether for Exchange rooms or non-Exchange rooms, are managed in one place.

- The familiar Outlook interface is now extended to non-Exchange spaces, ensuring users can enjoy a consistent, intuitive experience when booking both Exchange and non-Exchange rooms.
- Real-Time Availability & Updates
- With workspace integration, users can view real-time availability for all rooms, desks, and shared spaces, ensuring that bookings are always up-to-date and avoiding scheduling conflicts.

- Find an Exchange/Non-Exchange space by Property, Area, Neighborhood, resource type & Participant count.
- Filter spaces by Resource attributes.
- Add Multiple spaces, be it Exchange or Non-Exchange or both. Spaces can be added across Multiple properties.
- Add Services to your resource bookings
- View resource details or already added services to a booking
Additional Improvements
- Users will no longer be able to add Add-ons exceeding the maximum quantity using the Outlook Add-in.
Outlook Com+ Plugin Enhancements
- Making a booking using the Outlook Plug-in allows us to select time slots which are not in the multiples of 15 and will thus be rounded off to the nearest 15 minute slot when syncing with workspace.
Please note: A new QuickBook Plugin has been introduced with this version.
Mobile Apps Enhancements
- +1 & -1 hour options would now be hidden if the resource selected has fixed booking time slots.
- Scanning the QR code for an inactive resource would now suggest ‘The resource is inactive. Please contact your administrator.’
- Iadea, ProDvx & Standard panels now support French (Canada).
- Neat Panels are now supported.
