What are the supported media formats?

The Korbyt Anywhere Media Manager will support most common types of files.  The current list of supported media is:

Notes:

1. Some video formats might need to be transcoded to play on certain digital signage devices
   1. Max Bitrate supported is 5Mbps (megabits per second)
   2. If uploading through Korbyt Anywhere Mobile App – 25 MB files size limit on Android – 120 sec length limit on Apple
2. Document file types are supported for direct view in Korbyt Anywhere Mobile and Web Experience only.
   1. If a .ppt/.pptx or .pdf file is imported it will be transcoded into one image per slide/page and placed in a separate folder so that images may be easily added to a playlist for signage
