What are the Indicator Buttons

Indicators are used on Players, Playlist, Layouts.  The indicator describe the state of each item, like, e,g, Draft, Published etc.  Below are the descriptions of what each Indicator means for each of the options listed below.

1. Below are the Indicators listing the Status of the Layout

NOTE: Hoovering over each option will cause it to display a tool tip describing what that letter means.

When a Layout is first created and only saved, the status will display with a D indicating that is still a draft.  When the layout is edited and then Published, the status will change to a P indication the layout has been published.

 

  1. D is for: Draft.
  2. P is for: Published.

The Layouts can be viewed as List View or Card View

  1. List View
  2. Card View

2. Below are the Indicators listing the Status of the Playlist

NOTE: Hovering over each option will cause it to display a tool tip describing what that letter means.

1.A playlist will have two types of status: Static or Dynamic.

2.By default when the the Playlist is first created it should show as Static.

When Adding dynamic content to the Playlist, it makes that playlist Dynamic.

  1. S  is for: Static
  2. D is for: for Dynamic

Players can be Active or Inactive

  1.  A is for: Active – current view is Card View
  2. Players can be view as List View
  3. I is for: Inactive – current view is Card View
  4. The players can be viewed as List View

4. Below are the Indicators listing the Status of the Player Groups

NOTE: Hovering over each option will cause it to display a tool tip describing what that letter means.

1.A playlist will have two types of status: Static or Dynamic.

2.By default when the the Playlist is first created it should show as Static.

When Adding dynamic content to the Playlist, it makes that playlist Dynamic.

  1. S is for: Static
  2. D is for: Dynamic
  3. The group status can be displayed in a List View
  4. The group status can be displayed in a Card View

5. Below are the Indicators listing the Status of the Data Integration Adapters

NOTE: Hoovering over each option will cause it to display a tool tip describing what that letter means.

To Create or to look at a Data Adapter go to Advanced –> Data Integration.  Data Adapters can be Active or Inactive

There are several Options:

  1. T is for: Template –  Status is: Active or Inactive
  2. F is for: Fixed
  3. C is for: Custom – Status is: Active or Inactive
  4. Status of the Adapters is listed by selecting the ViewList It can be Active or Inactive
