In this article, we will be showing one of the core features of the Korbyt CMS, the Insights.
This feature is located within the main landing area you will see any time you log on to the Korbyt platform – the Dashboard.
The Dashboard is where you can get at glance observation of the status of your digital signage Deeper insights and KorbytGO.
After reading this article the user will comfortably be able to navigate around the Deeper Insights and learn the value of its many configurable widgets

The Insights Area is towards the middle of the page. This area is where you find deeper insights into your engagement efforts
To see the available features click on the “Go to Insights” button

Within the insights the first feature that appears is the Most Popular – This feature allows the user to see what the viewers watched the most.
It can be by Content and playlist Playlist
Clicking on the Content side listed in white – it will take the user to that content
Clicking on the Playlist side, listed in Pink – it will take the user to that playlist

As you keep scrolling down the window, there will be more options to display for example Peer Comparison.
This shows a chart were you are falling short with your content

Korbyt Engagement
With in Korbyt Engagement you will be able to see which media engagement channels you use the most.
This feature allows the user to see additional reports like Core, KorbytGO, Activity reports, Audit Trail, and Interactivity Logging
Core
Under Core feature the user has the capability to view several reports like Player Inventory, Media Added in last 30 days, Campaign Details, Playlist and player Details, Room Mappings, Urgent Alerts, Tag Usage, Player Application Log, Optic Analytics and Playlist Feedback
Core / Player Inventory
This Feature allows the user to see the player inventory using filters by Player (Name, Model or Status), Location: (Street,City, country) and Date Added: Date Staring and Date Ending) well as exporting the report to Excel.
Core / Media Added In the last 30 days
This Feature allows the user to see what media has been added within last 30 days.
Content can be Filter by Media (Name, Added By and File Type) as well as exporting the report to Excel.
Core / Campaign Details
This Feature allows the user to see any campaign Details.
Campaign can be Filter by Campaign: (Name, Created By) or by Created Date: (Starting, Ending) as well as exporting the report to Excel.
Core / Playlist and Player Details
This Feature allows the user to see any Playlist and Player Details.
The Playlist or Player details can be Filter by Playlist: (Name) or by Player Count: (Min, Max) or Player Run-time (sec): (Min, Max) as well as exporting the report to Excel.
Core / Room Mappings
This Feature allows the user to see any Room Mappings Details.
The Filter can be set by Player Name, or by Room Name, or Grouping Name as well as exporting the report to Excel.
Core / Urgent Alerts
This Feature allows the user to see any Urgent Alert Details.
The Filter can be set by Channel: (organize) or Issue Date: (Starting, Ending), as well as exporting the report to Excel.
Core /Tag Usage
This Feature allows the user to see any Tag Usage Details.
The Filter can be set by Tag Name, Entity pr Date Added (starting, Ending), as well as exporting the report to Excel.
Core / Player Application Log
This Feature allows the user to see any Application Log Details.
The Filter can be set by Player Name, or Log File.
Core / Optic Analytics
This Feature allows the user to see Optic Analytics Details.
The Filter can be set by Content: (Content Name, Content Type, Metric) or Modification ( Date Starting, date Ending).
Core / Playlist Feedback
This Feature allows the user to see Playlist Feedback Details.
The Filter for Feedback can be set from Date, To Date or by Playlist Name, as well as exporting to Excel.
KorbytGO
Under KorbytGO feature the user has the capability to view several reports like Sentiment Analysis (up to one year), Quiz Results, Survey Results, Active Users.
KorbytGO / Sentiment Analysis (up to one year)
This Feature allows the user to see Sentiment Analysis (up to one year) details.
The Filter can be sent bu Content: (Name, Type) or by Comment: (Contains, User) or by Activity Date (starting, Ending), as well as exporting to Excel.
KorbytGO / Quiz Results
This Feature allows the user to see Quiz Results details.
The Filter can be sent by Options: (Organize) or by Response Date: (Starting, Ending), as well as exporting to Excel.
KorbytGO / Survey Results
This Feature allows the user to see Survey Results details.
The Filter can be sent by Options: (Organize) or by Response Date: (Starting, Ending), as well as exporting to Excel.
KorbytGO / Active Users
This Feature allows the user to see Active Users details.
The Filter can be sent by Options: (Organize) or by Session Date: (Starting, Ending), as well as exporting to Excel.
Activity reports
Activity Report / By Channel
This Feature allows the user to see Activity Report By Channel details.
The Filter can be sent by Content Type or by Activity Date: (Starting, Ending), as well as exporting to Excel.
Activity report / By Campaign
This Feature allows the user to see Activity Report By Campaign details.
The Filter can be sent by Campaign: (Name) or Activity Date: (Starting, Ending), as well as exporting to Excel.
Activity report / By App
This Feature allows the user to see Activity Report By App details.
The Filter can be sent by App: (Name) or Content )Name, Type) or By Activity Date: (Starting, Ending), as well as exporting to Excel.
Audit Trail
This Feature allows the user to see Audit Trail details.
The Filter can be sent by Date Starting or Date Ending or Modify, By Content Type, Action, or Section, as well as exporting to Excel.
Interactivity Logging
This Feature allows the user to see Interactivity Logging details.
The Filter can be sent by Interaction Date: (starting, Ending). The report can be viewed as Basic or Meta.
