Product Sheet Kompass
**NOTE: Kompass is an additional paid feature that you will need to discuss with your Client Relationship Manager, if you do not already have it purchased.**

- Kompass users must exist in the tenant users list.
- Access the Advanced tab and select Settings option.
- Click the Digital Signage Settings.
- Select Korbyt Kompass Login option.
- Add Kompass users by individual user or by user group(s).
- Search for Korbyt Kompass in your phone’s app store, download and log into the mobile app.
- In the Players List players will be listed by individual players and player groups.
- After selecting a player or group, the Player Actions includes:
Assigned Playlist, Check In, Reboot, Clear Cache, Screenshot, Set Resolution and Hot Keys.
- Once a user clicks on the Assigned Playlist button, you can change what playlists are assigned to a player.
- Clicking the “Set Resolution” button, it will give you options to change the resolution of the player.
- Hot Keys include:
Debug, Player properties, Player quit and set screen rotation.
- You must enable the phone camera on your mobile device to use the Provisioning option.
- To use the Kompass Player Action option to identify a player you must enable the QR Code view from Player’s Action panel in the Korbyt CMS.
- Press Scan QR Code and point the mobile device’s camera at the QR Code on the monitor.
- The player name will appear.
- If you have not downloaded Kompass but have a QR Code reader on your mobile device you can still learn a player’s identification.
- Remember to select Hide QR option in the Player’s Action panel in the Korbyt CMS when you are finished identifying players.
