Creating Predefined Layouts and new Launchpads

Predefined layouts are essentially templates that your end users can modify to include custom text, image, video, ticker, and QR code. Content admins will define which areas can be edited by non-admins without giving them full control of the design aesthetic or placement. A predefined layout can be used to create a custom launchpads or an external form for non-korbyt users to generate content.

By default, predefined layouts must be manually approved by an administrator or a designated approver before they can be published. Administrators can approve their own content and set up automatic approvals. For more information, administrators and designated approvers should refer to Approving Layouts.

To create predefined layouts:

  • Navigate to Content > Layouts.
  • Click the Predefined Layouts  icon.
  • Click Add Predefined Layout.[Add screenshot]
